These terms describe how Taylor's Power Washing handles estimates, scheduling, and service expectations for customers.

Estimates

Quotes are based on the available details, site conditions, and the scope of work discussed with the customer. Final pricing may change if the requested work changes significantly.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability, weather, and job conditions. Outdoor service dates may need to move because of rain or unsafe conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property and contact information
• Make work areas reasonably accessible
• Raise any concerns promptly so they can be addressed
